This 24-inch countertop gas grill pan is designed for busy restaurant kitchens, hotels, and food trucks, providing reliable high-volume cooking for the catering industry. Featuring a heavy-duty 3/4-inch thick stainless steel pan surface and two U-shaped burners with a total output of up to 60,000 BTU, the stainless steel pan is durable and can withstand daily high-intensity use. The two burners operate independently, allowing staff to easily set different heating zones simultaneously to meet the cooking needs of various dishes.
The pan is shipped with natural gas, but LPG is also available upon request. Casters are an optional upgrade for those who need to move the pan within their workspace.
