The HGR-906 commercial gas griddle (with base cabinet) seamlessly combines a versatile cooking surface with an integrated double-door storage cabinet. Its griddle plate features a hybrid design—two-thirds smooth and one-third ribbed—meeting both diverse cooking requirements and practical storage needs within a single commercial workstation.

The smooth section is ideal for foods requiring a flat surface, such as pancakes, fried eggs, burgers, and sandwiches, while the ribbed section is perfect for steaks, meats, vegetables, and dishes that benefit from attractive sear marks.

The unit features independent temperature controls for the different cooking zones. Constructed with a full stainless steel body, the HGR-906 is equipped with a flame failure safety device, adjustable feet, and a griddle plate with a thickness of 16 mm.
