The HGF-908 is a commercial twin-tank gas fryer that combines two independent frying tanks with a built-in double-door storage cabinet; this design not only meets the demands of multiple frying tasks but also allows for the convenient storage of frequently used kitchen supplies right at the workstation.

Each frying tank features an independent temperature control system, enabling different types of ingredients to be cooked separately and preventing flavor transfer.

With a rated capacity of approximately 20 liters per tank, the HGF-908 is suitable for high-volume frying operations, making it ideal for preparing french fries, fried chicken, fish, seafood, and a wide range of other commercial fried foods.
