This is a dual-burner commercial gas cooktop designed for restaurants and catering kitchens. Each heavy-duty cast iron burner is rated at 25,000 BTU/hour, resulting in a total firepower of 50,000 BTU/hour on the cooktop. The cooktop body is made of stainless steel and features a detachable cast iron grates and adjustable heavy-duty feet. It can use natural gas (or liquefied petroleum gas) and is suitable for boiling, stir-frying, and stewing.
