The ZH-RS80 is a commercial gas-powered tilting braising pan with an 80-liter capacity, designed for restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, canteens, and central kitchens. Its large-capacity vessel is ideal for the batch preparation of stews, sauces, braised dishes, vegetables, meats, and other menu items.

Featuring a tilting design, the unit allows for easy unloading and transfer of large quantities of food without the need for manual lifting. The ZH-RS80 is equipped with a 25 kW gas heating system tailored for high-volume cooking environments.

This 80L tilting pan features an all-stainless steel body, electronic direct ignition, flame failure protection, temperature control, and 6-inch adjustable legs.

Flame-out Safety Protection

The burner system is equipped with a flame-out safety protection feature that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished
