The HGR-913B is a commercial gas griddle featuring an integrated electric oven. This unit combines a gas griddle—configured with two-thirds flat and one-third ribbed surfaces—with a built-in electric oven, enabling the simultaneous cooking of various foods.

The flat section (two-thirds of the griddle) is ideal for preparing items such as burgers, pancakes, fried eggs, sandwiches, and vegetables. The ribbed section (one-third of the griddle) is perfect for cooking steaks, meats, and vegetables that benefit from distinctive sear marks. The integrated electric oven provides additional cooking capacity for baking, roasting, and reheating.

Features independently controlled griddle zones, allowing for the simultaneous cooking of multiple dishes at different temperatures.
