The HGK-100 is a commercial gas-fired steam-jacketed kettle with a 100-liter capacity, designed for use in restaurants, hotels, catering kitchens, canteens, and central kitchens. It utilizes an indirect heating system, making it ideal for the large-scale preparation of soups, sauces, and other food products.

The jacketed design provides an indirect heat source to the kettle body, making it suitable for cooking applications that require controlled, consistent heat. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the unit features electronic direct ignition, flame-failure protection, temperature control functionality, and 6-inch adjustable legs.
