The HER-906A is a commercial electric griddle (with a base cabinet) designed specifically for professional kitchens and foodservice environments. It combines a dual-zone cooking surface—featuring a flat section (two-thirds of the area) and a ribbed section (one-third)—with an integrated storage cabinet, offering both versatile grilling capabilities and practical under-counter storage.

The flat section is ideal for cooking items such as burgers, pancakes, eggs, sandwiches, and vegetables.
The ribbed section is perfect for grilling steaks, meats, chicken, and vegetables, creating appetizing sear marks and a classic grilled appearance.

Flame-out Safety Protection

The burner system is equipped with a flame-out safety protection feature that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished
