The HGR-909 is a commercial gas stove with cabinets designed to keep prepared food warm for consumption while having storage cabinets underneath.

Commercial steamers are commonly used to maintain soups, sauces, gravies, stews, vegetables, and other prepared foods at a constant temperature. The water bath heating method provides indirect heat around the food container, helping to reduce direct contact between the heat source and the food.

The HGR-909 features a 6 kW gas heating system, independent temperature control, electronic direct ignition and flameout protection. Its all-stainless steel construction and adjustable feet are designed for professional large-scale catering environments.

The burner system is equipped with a flame-out safety protection feature that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished
